
Former Leyte Governor Benjamin “Kokoy” Romualdez, 81, a younger hermit of Ilocos Norte Rep. Imelda R. Marcos, succumbed to cancer, his son, Leyte Representative Martin Romualdez, told GMA News Online in a write interview.
