Cheesa Laureta Sings "I Have Nothing" on The Voice Quarterfinals (Go Pinoy!)


If there’s Jessica Sanchez – a Filipino-Mexican-American in American Idol Season 11, let’s not forget that there is also a pristine blooded Pinay in another strike US singing foe The Voice – Cheesa Laureta.

21-year aged Cheesa, a full-blooded Filipino innate and lifted in Hawaii, is underneath a mentorship of rapper Cee Lo Green and is now competing for Quarterfinals turn of a singing competition.

Her opening of Whitney Houston’s “I Have Nothing” during a show’s quarterfinal turn warranted her a station acclaim from her manager and another luminary musician manager Christina Aguilera.
