Beastie Boys Lawsuit on Copyright Infringement Filed


Record tag TufAmerica filed a authorised censure accusing a Beastie Boys of hidden a artist’s strain on their dual biggest albums “Licensed to Ill” and “Paul’s Boutique”.

The record tag claims MCA, Mike D and Ad-Rock ripped off a ’80s rope Trouble Funk and illegally sampled their strain on mixed songs featured on a pronounced albums.

In a lawsuit, filed in sovereign justice in NY on May 3, TufAmerica claims a Beastie’s sampled a famous drum kick from a Trouble Funk strike “Drop a Bomb” on a 1986 strike “The New Style.”

TufAmerica also claims a Beatie’s stole riffs from a strain on “Car Thief” and “Hold It Now Hit It” and also ripped off a Trouble Funk lane “Say What” on a strain “Shadrack.”

TufAmerica claims it has “never perceived royalties or payment” for any of a songs ever.
